Smoke-Free Sanctuary

For the health and comfort of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. A $300 USD structural restoration fee will be applied for any violations.

Quiet Hours (10:00 PM – 9:00 AM)

Please respect our local neighbors and the peaceful nature of the area. Loud music, parties, and external events are not permitted on the property.

Cancellation Policy

The deposit is refundable under the following conditions: The cancellation request is made within 30 days of the deposit being received, AND the cancellation occurs more than 60 days before the scheduled arrival date. Please note that any cancellations or changes will incur a 10% administration fee.

"Villa Papaya 2 is very nice and cozy, the kitchen offers everything you need for cooking, we felt very comfortable. The center with restaurants and shops as well as the beach are within walking distance. We particularly appreciated the drinking water dispenser and the washing machine as well as the cooling options for all rooms. We would book this place again in a heartbeat."
